Turn good advice into real change on farms.

If you’re having the same conversation 10 times and nothing changes, this is for you.

The Farm‑Gate Influence Lab is a 6‑week online course for farm advisers, vets, and ag sales/account managers who want to get better at the human side of change: pushback, family dynamics, decision-making, and follow‑through.

Founding cohort is capped at 10 people.

Register your interest below and I’ll send the booking link when it goes live.

A quick overview from Amy

What you’ll be able to do after this course

  • Handle pushback without becoming defensive, overly sales-driven or awkward
  • Diagnose what is really behind a farmer’s “no”, avoiding ineffective approaches
  • Lead more effective conversations around mindset, behaviour and change
  • Co-design next steps with farmers, creating genuine ownership rather than prescription
  • Leave farm visits with clear momentum - not just rapport and a “good conversation”

Who it’s for (and who it’s not)

This is for you if you’re a…

  • Farm adviser/consultant who’s tired of recommendations stalling
  • Vet who wants better buy‑in and follow‑through without pressure

It’s probably not for you if…

  • You’re looking for technical training (this is about influence + behaviour change)
  • You want a passive course with no reflection or practice
  • You’re not willing to try small changes in how you lead conversations

how it works

What we’ll cover (high-level)

This course is built around a simple arc:

  1. The Mirror - your “alarm bells” and what happens when you hear “no”
  2. The Presence - how to help a farmer feel heard, not managed
  3. The Farmer’s World - diagnosis and root cause (not persuasion)
  4. The 4 Common Losses - control, competence, certainty, identity
  5. The Architect - co-designing solutions that actually stick
  6. The Closer - leaving the yard with a plan: what/when/who + check-ins

Founding cohort pricing

  • Founding cohort price: £375
  • Future cohorts will be £425

Bookings close: Monday 6 April (or earlier if the 10 seats fill).

Company payment / invoice

If you’d like your company to pay, you can request an invoice in the registration form.
